If you have an office, we shadow you for two days to understand your brand, your culture and your preferred way of working. Then we step in to start lending you a hand. Then, we follow up. We like to meet monthly to get an understanding of where the company stands, provide you with any feedback or updates in person and learn about where the company is headed over the next month. The last step is particularly important as it gives us an indication of whether or not we need to re-evaluate the initial solution provided.
